I saw these images, and others, here. It’s a collaboration between photographer Neil Krug and model Joni Harbeck that started as a fun side thing and now is a coffee table art book.

Love, love, love it. There’s something magical about polaroid film. I also love how this series has a yellowed seventies tone to the images, not to mention the seventies vibe throughout the concepts. The image with the ring around it makes me think of a particular Carlos Santana album my dad had. They always had a bit of a worn ring on the cover from the record itself. That was one of my favorite past times as a kid–looking through my dad’s fabulous vinyl rock collection. Too bad many are missing now but I may have to peruse them (maybe borrow them) next time I visit.
